The download is slow, what should I do?
We recommend downloading with a stable network connection. If it's slow, try switching networks or using our mirror download links. The installer is about 150MB and typically takes 2-5 minutes to download.
macOS says 'Cannot verify the developer', what do I do?
Open System Preferences → Security & Privacy → General, and click 'Open Anyway'. Coursedude is Apple notarized and safe to use.
How do I upgrade from an older version?
Coursedude supports automatic updates. After opening the app, the system will automatically detect and prompt you to update. You can also download the latest version and install over the old one — all data and settings are preserved.
Can I use it on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 3 devices logged in simultaneously with real-time cloud sync. The Free plan supports 1 device.
macOS shows the app is damaged or cannot be opened?
This is because the app is not signed with an Apple Developer certificate yet. Open Terminal and run the following command: xattr -cr /Applications/Coursedude.app, then reopen the app. This only needs to be done once.
